Energy consumption and exhaust emissions are growing problems from the transport sector. In order to alleviate these severe forms, the automotive industry will inevitably toward environmentally friendly, clean, energy-saving direction, so the electric car has become a new direction of the automotive industry research, development and application.For practical,electric vehicle charging system is indispensable in terms of the subsystem, The rapid development of the electric vehicle industry is closely related to the level of charging technology.Now there are two major charging methods:non-vehicle and vehicle-charging, the former construction cost is relatively high,can’t meet the needs; the latter had a technical problem in the aspects of reliability, efficiency and etc.So,the design of high efficiency, high safety factor car charger now become hot.This paper first based on the domestic and foreign research situation as well as the national standard, put forward the design requirements of car charger, then according to the modular thought, the charger is divided into three modules, namely the charger switching power supply module, main control module, main output module.Charger’s switching power supply module is divided into the auxiliary power supply whose control IC is LNK626, AC/DC converter with UC3855 as control IC,DC/AC/DC converter with ISL6754 as control IC, the program-controlled part with STM32F100 as a core.This module’s output is an adjustable DC voltage source, and have over-voltage, over-current protection function.The main control module take STM32F105 as the core, use RS485, CAN and other industrial bus to communication with the battery management system, ground charging device,STM32F100,with real-time monitoring of output voltage and current,dynamic allocation of output power,various protection alarm circuit and other functions.The main output module according to the driving signal of the main control module, regulating the DC source of the charger-power supply module, and the output meet the requirements of the charging power supply.According to the main output module MCU "dispatch", three modules cooperate closely, greatly improves the efficiency and intelligent charger, reliability.Finally, the debugging of switching power supply module and main control module are given,verify the rationality and correctness of the design, and achieve the desired results.
