| The new wound pressure vessel with two channeled ribbon staggered is a novel wound structure, and it has overtaken some of the shortcomings of the Germany interlocking strip wound pressure vessel and Chinese flat ribbon wound pressure vessel, has certain developed advantages.First, an introduction for the high pressure vessel manufacturing technology is laid in this dissertation, and an analysis for its disadvantages is carried out. Compared with those existed single and multilayer thick cylinders, this new structure owns some advantages, such as preferable load bearing, fewer claims for weld and heat treatment convenient for ribbon machining, is a foreground structure.Second, an analysis for the stress and strain of the combined cylinder, composed by the inner and strip layers is carried out by elastic-plastic mechanics theory. And by simplifying the mechanics model, the formula for entire yield pressure and blasting pressure are derived based the Mises or Tresca yield failure citeria. A three-dimensional model is established by ANSYS software, and a full analysis for the load bearing characteristics is taken out, according to the ideal elastic-plastic material, and compares the results with the data getting from the former formula, finding the error is small. Also, analyses for stress intensity at the points with the maximal stress intensity is carried out, and find them all fulfill the intensity requirement. Furthermore, an analysis for fatigue under maximal operating pressure is also carried out. In addition, it is the first time to process two kind new strips-wound pressure vessel, a stress measurement and blasting test are taken out, and compares the results getting from the tests and theoretical calculations with the finite element analysis results, finds the errors are small.Through theoretical research and preliminary tests, it is found that the new structure has the reasonable load-bearing capacity, which can verify the hoop intensity of the new winding cylinder has no decrease, and can bear axial load effectively with the help of the fastened strips. Compared with the whole cylinder, the new wound cylinder has no decrease in ultimate bearing capacity, thou it uses the scattered material. Data gotten from above analysis can provide a theoretical basis for the further research and future development practical application. |
