As the key bearing component of high-speed train transmission gearbox,bearings are repeatedly used in high-speed,and high-vibration working environments for a long time,and their working performance will directly affect the safety and reliability of gearboxes and train.In order to ensure the stable,reliable and safe operation of the gearbox and its internal important components,an in-depth bench test study on the dynamic load distribution characteristics of the main support bearings inside is necessary,which help to monitor and evaluate the operation status of the gearbox and optimize the design of the gearbox structure and the bearing.In this paper,for the NU214 ECP cylindrical roller bearing in the power bogie transmission gearbox of CRH380 B high-speed EMUs in China,the bearing load distribution test theory is firstly verified based on the small bench test.And then the actual gearbox structure characteristics.And then the bench test research plan for the bearing strain-load transfer coefficient calibration and dynamic load distribution is proposed,also the relevant bench test tooling design is completed,which combined with the structural characteristics of the actual gearbox.Through the finite element static analysis method,the FE model of the bench test for the bearing strain-load transfer coefficient calibration is established and simplified,and the strain distribution at the measuring points of the test bearing the is simulated and analyzed under the influence of the interference fit of gear housing and outer ring and different load conditions.The strain-load transfer coefficient matrix of the NU214 ECP cylindrical roller bearing is obtained by calculating.Finally,the static and dynamic load distribution of the test bearing under different load conditions is calculated and analyzed through the FE simulation analysis method combining statics and dynamics.Within a certain allowable range of error,the accuracy of strain-load transfer coefficient of the test bearing is verified,and the maximum equivalent stress at the notch of the fitting surface of the bearing housing and the outer ring is checked under the limit load condition.The feasibility of the load distribution bench test method for cylindrical roller bearing based on the slotted of the gearbox bearing housing is comprehensively evaluated.71 pictures,17 tables,55 references.
