Today, the development and utilization of new energy brook no delay according to increasingly exhausted tradition energy. The people pay more attention to tidal current energy, which is rich resource and green environmental protection. Many countries are studying on tidal current-driven generator. The generator ability of capturing energy is closely related to Speed Characteristics according to hydrodynamic characteristics. So it has very important practical significance to increase utilization coefficient of power and enhance the efficiency of generator.This paper takes 1kW Tideway Generation Device as the research object, finding that it's feasible to get biggest utilization coefficient of power through adjust the top speed ratio on the basis of studying on mechanical structure and design theory. And this paper analysis and research the whole system and establish mathematical model, result in which the changing power-load adjusting is the control way of the best Tip Speed Ratio. Specific, double loop will be utilized, and the result of voltage out-ring is the input of the current inner. Applying SVPWM Technology in invert segment, regard double loop output as PWM input. Accordingly, when the load is altered, rotational speed of main spindle and out power will change. It's the aim of the best tracking control of efficiency that out power always maintain the biggest power through altering lord.There's a series of designs of hardware departs of the system which include Main circuit, Feedback circuit Protection circuit and software achieve ideology and flow chart and experiments upon this generation device to prove if the theory of altering lord is correct and feasible for the whole generation. The results show that the theory of altering lord presented in this paper is correct and feasible.
