Automobile engine is the key component in the car, it is the important part of automobile power system, its performance has a direct impact on the overall performance of the car. While the engine gear is one of the key parts of the engine, it will be the components together, and passes the timing relationship, ensure the camshaft, crankshaft, an air pressure pump, oil pump, fan and other components according to the design of the mutual relations between work. Our company is in heavy vehicle transmission and engine gear professional manufacturers, from 92 to start producing engine gear, has now become Dongfeng, bavin company, Futian company and CUMMINS in global production plant's main supplier. In recent years, with the rising prices of raw materials and customer cost reduction requirement, improve the engine gear technology economy and the process ability to guarantee company has become a pressing matter of the moment. On the basis of the existing equipment, how to improve process capability to reduce product loss reduction rate, become our technology personnel must study the issue. Process capability is a process product quality rather than quantity of ability, this ability is reflected in the processing process is controlled and stable degree. Process stability refers to the process of quality characteristics of volatility is simply the result of a normal fluctuation caused by, rather than special fluctuation factors. Process ability is composed of process capability index Cp to measure.Process capability index is the measurement of a process to meet the requirements of the degree. Enterprises in any work can be seen as a process, all processes are for the production needs of users of products and services.
