The pressure shell, introduced from some the foreign country, is the main component of underwater vehicle, and the pressure shell structure is type of a complex cylindrical shell with double layers. The mechanics analysis of pressure shell will be helpful to realize the mechanical properties of the structure in order to fully assimilate advanced imported technologies for designers. And it also has important value to improve mechanical properties, performance reliability & low-noise characteristics of the pressure shell structure.The mechanical properties of pressure shell are studied in details by combining the finite element numerical simulation with the experimental methods in this thesis. Based on the structural finite element numerical prediction analysis, the static pressure test was satisfactorily completed for the foreign imitation products.In orded to achieve the complex pressure shell with double layers precise finite element modeling, this thesis proposes a hybrid adjusting parameter modeling method which synthesize theoretical simulation & experimental analysis. The experimental modal analysis & the static pressure test results show that the pressure shell finite element model which created by hybrid adjusting parameter method has high simulation accuracy. The first six-oder natural frequency calculation results of finite element simulation compared with the experimental results, the numerical error of less than 5%. In the simulated hydrostatic pressure conditions, the finite element simulation results not only reflect the actual structure stress magnitude & variation law, but also help to make some predictions & evaluations for foreign imitation products which have machining & assembly defects in advance. The finite element model could offer realization foundations for pressure shell's dynamic response, vibration-sound radiation and dynamic optimization further research.The mechanical properties and their structure influencing factors are integrallty understood & grasped by means of finite element numerical simulation analysis and experimental investigation. Be aimed at design and manufacture for foreign foreign imitation products, some rational suggestions are put forward in this thesis.
