At present, all countries pay attention to the supercavitation technology, but The researches are less on structure problems of supercavitating vehicles, much less for its Reliability analysis. The supercavitating vehicles movement in a high speed will get a lot of axial pressure, generally it has to be designed as slender configuration, as a result, it may cause structure buckling of supercavitating vehicles. It is necessary for buckling analysis of the structure. Considering the uncertainty of structure parameters, it is necessary for Reliability analysis of the supercavitating vehicles. In this paper, the main contents are as follows:1. The reliability basic theories is Analyzed. The Monte Carlo method for reliability analysis is discussed. On that basis Latin Hypercube Sampling is presented.2. The basic environment parameters are analysed, and the basic postulates and the boundary conditions are given, and loads are calculated when supercavitating vehicles are at stable movement condition. Then the finite element model is built and stress analysis is done on it.3. The basic equations of ring-stiffened cylindrical shell are given. Its stability theories are discussed. The methods for eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis are discussed. And then eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis for supercavitating vehicles structure are done.4. The reliability analyses based on eigenvalue buckling and nonlinear buckling are done, on the finite element model of the structure built by Ansys software, by Monte Carlo method. When they are being done two situations of just one stochastic variable and comprehensive all stochastic variable ate considered. Their results are analyzed and compared.
