Shipboard vitality is an important execute technical proficiency index in modern shipboard, to seize the significance position in shipboard manufacture.Shipboard power system analysis and evaluation is an important part in the Ship Survivability Analysis, which has very important theoretical and military value. Probability analysis was usually used in the survivability of the generally used calculation. As considering the power system structure, the more simplified structure or the isolated network can not completely reflect the characteristics of its own power system. With the growing complexity of Shipboard power system and the updeveloped automation level, a combination of complicated computing power to analyze the structure will be required, so the research and development of a new assessment of Shipboard power system method has very important significance.In this article, the analysis of the environment and model of the damaged Shipboard power system, typical weapons attacks on the impact of ship electric power system equipment was carried out in depth.And made a simulation of shock response for typical weapons attacks, induction of the probability calculation method of the equipment power supply for calculating loss in case of war ship power system, to provide a theoretical basis and the original data for the calculation of ship power system in case of battle damage.The basic concepts of Bayesian networks were briefly introduced. Bayesian network method to evaluate survivability marine power system was proposed. Firstly, the Bayesian network model of Shipboard power system vitality assessment is established, Secondly, according to the working conditions of normal operation of ships or being a typical weapon attack power damage equipment status or to determine the calculation of the probability, More mature and then use the power of Bayesian network algorithm for shipboard power system load probability calculation.lastly, the weighted fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy synthesis survivability comprehensive was used to finally evaluation.using a ship in the station loop power network system as an example for the calculation of Bayesian network method, while the loop by the current method used to calculate the results of the two algorithms were compared, the results show Bayesian network method, the feasibility and superiority.Bayesian network method is applied to Shipboard power system assessment, the use of Bayesian networks and flexible knowledge of uncertainty factors can solve the problem of the uncertainty of the situation of survivability, Considering that each device on the impact of each load, comprehensive, systematic assessment of the ship power system.The use of flexible Bayesian network causal reasoning and diagnostic reasoning can not only calculate the survivability indicators for marine power system, but also identify the weak links.In this article, Microsoft Visual C++ development tools for the development of a Shipboard power system assessment software is used,which use high-level object-oriented software technology and graphical tools and Bayesian network of Shipboard power system evaluation index. Finally, a ship with 3 Power stations loop network system as an experimental system was used to verify the correctness of this method and software effectiveness. Therefore, use Bayesian network method to assess ship power system is a more advanced method.
