This paper focuses on the formation of gasoline contaminants principle. From the engine of the two working condition is stable and unstable analysis for the engine running of the state on emission of pollutants. Ignition timing and air-fuel ratio on the formation of pollutants is very important. The characteristics of the 4G18 engine for our company, To cars with 4G18 engine prototype Lioncel, use two pilot programs to test steady-state and transient emission conditions, and get the curves of several emission conditions about cold start of gasoline and heating machines, acceleration and deceleration。The article find the conditions of gasoline engine in the different ignition timing and air-fuel ratio under the HC. CO, NOX emission concentration characteristics, and analyses the ignition timing and air-fuel ratio of the selection principle under the gasoline engine all running conditions. The result is the foundation for the development of 4G18S engine.In order to meet EUⅣemission regulations,4G18S engine inlet used mainly in multi-point fuel injection spray precise mixture preparation system.The system could control the excess air ratio and mixed gas in the state of the cylinder.By starting control, closed-loop air-fuel ratio control, ignition angle control, sliding off the integrated oil control measures such as use of improved 4G18S engine work process, control the engine to achieve the best working conditions.Match with the EGR and catalytic converters match the exhaust to achieve effective and reliable post-processing.Changes to the engine from the body height, Central Coast design changes and the adoption of tight coupling manifold, combined with the use of these measures to achieve the requirements to meet emission regulations. Through experimental verification, implementation of these programs to meet EuropeⅣ4G18S engine emissions regulations, and achieve the development goals for the follow-up product upgrade our foundation.
