The settlement is an important indicator of foundation deformation during construction and after completion. The pile foundation is widely used. The pile foundation is an ancient foundation pattern. The pile foundation can guarantee security and stability within the allowed building settlement under the poor foundation. Many scholars and experts concern the pile foundation settlement problem. The stability of pile foundation is very important of design and safety construction. As a result, the study on the settlement of the pile foundation has great theoretical significance and value.In this paper, Shen yang Ming Cheng Garden Buildings is taken as object for the study, through the measure on site, settlement forecast and numerical simulation technological methods, as well as the reference to the monitoring data, using variety of forecasting methods forecast the deformation of the pile foundation, predicted the values of the deformation other than the monitoring period. Based on a pile soil for the nonlinear elastic material premise, established structure-soil effect mathematic model of the system, and introduces the basic assumptions model, boundary conditions, the pile and pile soil conditions are given, using large-scale non-linear finite element software ANSYS as tool for the establishment of finite element model, using the actual soil modulus to establish simulation model.The values of the simulation are closed to the real value of monitoring deformation values, it verified the feasibility of using ANSYS software to simulate the excavation of the pile foundatiaon.Experimental results and ANSYS model results were compared with, it draw some basic rules after analyzing of single and group pile under construction vertical loads, comparing the measured data and simulation results.Engineering geological conditions of Ming cheng Garden is as the background, it draws stress and strain regulation under different parameters, summarize the variation regulation.
