In recent years, the survey shows that due to instability or collapse of temporary support structure of frequent accidents caused by the project, the temporary support structure for the reliability of research is necessary. Bridge construction control theory combined with the construction of the main beam deflection analysis of reliability and system reliability theory and engineering application. The main contents are as follows:(1) Bridge structure system described the theory of reliability calculation for the single tower cable-stayed bridge mobile frame method of construction to provide a theoretical basis for the reliability.(2) With finite element software MIDAS / civil accurate numerical simulation of cable-stayed bridge, with move frame construction method of cable-stayed bridge construction stages of the accurate analysis.By the simulation computation of construction control to ensure construction process security and finished bridge states fulfill the design and specification requirements. Through this engineering background stayed the cable force, deflection, the top vertical deviation stress and strain analysis, the calculated and measured results agree well with cable-stayed bridge simulation model accurately.(3) During construction the front elevation (deflection) of concrete bridge girders control is essential. The performance functions of cable-stayed bridges are usually implicit, which make the reliability analysis of bridges difficult. The performance function approximation is implemented in the standard normal space of random variables by using virtual intermediate variable method. Deflection limit condition is regarded as the objective function for the bridge girder during construction. And the reliability is analyzed.(4) In considering the main components of the relevance of failure modes which in construction of single tower cable-stayed bridges based on the boundary conditions to construction control failure criteria as the reliability calculation.From the perspective of construction control, the establishment of limit state functions of each component, the move frame method of bridge construction phase of the system reliability analysis. Calculated taking into account the complexity of system reliability, based on certain principles, to simplify the calculation model, while the use of random variables improved, stayed the construction of the main components of the process of the limit state surface is reconstructed, using Construction phase of narrow-line theory to calculate system reliability of structural. Of the stent on the bridge construction phase of a reliable system, then make the probability of safety evaluation to the structure of the construction period.
