| With the development of the city,the density of people and buildings is increasing The traffic congestion is inevitable during the construction of road and bridge reconstruction,Therefore,it is one of the key points of urban construction projects to shorten the construction period reasonably on the premise of satisfying safety.And no matter it is highway or municipal project,bridge is the key node of the whole project construction schedule control..It is critical important to optimize the construction process of bridge projects and shorten the construction time of bridges.Cable-stayed bridge is a preferred structural form in highway and municipal bridges,it is is a kind of self-anchored structure which is supported by cable,tower and girder.Its span capacity is larger than that of beam bridge,and it is the most important type of modern long-span bridge.in the construction organization of cable-stayed bridges,the construction period of pylons and girders is generally in the critical line,which has an important impact on the total construction period.So how to improve the efficiency of pylons and girders and accelerate the speed of pylons and girders has become one of the problems to be solved in construction period.Based on the construction example of cable-stayed bridge,this research summarizes the tower beam synchronous complete construction technology with novel technology and high construction technology requirements.This paper discusses several innovative construction technologies for the single tower and beam,which can shorten the construction period and improve the overall rigidity of the tower and beam structure in the construction process.The author makes a detailed study and Discussion on the above problems through his own experience in bridge construction,bridge design experience and consulting engineering cases,and summarizes the research results of a more mature construction method of the tower-beam synchronous construction of the cable-stayed bridge,which covers the construction technology of window-opening formwork for pylons and the main girders.The construction technology of split prefabrication and combined installation of box steel bars has greatly improved the efficiency of the main structure of cable-stayed bridge pylon and beam and reduced the difficulty of the pylon and beam structure in construction period.At the same time,the construction period of the pylon and beam sub-projects is superimposed,and the construction time of the main beam which was originally needed in the field is integrated into the concrete age.The research results can shorten construction period,reduce construction cost and speed up construction progress.At the same time,the technology is simple,effective and advanced.It will further promote the development of tower girder construction of cable stayed bridge,and has good prospects for popularization and application in general bridge construction. |
