Route being the skeleton of highway, its quality is related to the role it is supposed to play and the acting of highway's function. Hence, route selection is an important basis for road construction. Due to the regional specificity of Southern Xinjiang, there is no complete optimal selection method for route plan of this area. With the appliction and development of many new mathematical theories, aiming at maximizing the benefits of highway construction, this paper conduct research on the route selection of highway in Southern Xinjiang, having established a relatively complete comprehensive evaluation index system which can be a true reflection of the merits of route lines. In this article, basic principles and influential factors are introduced at first, then a comprehensive analysis about the key indicators of route selection in Southern Xinjiang is conducted. Based on STE model (Society, Technology, and Economy), a relatively complete comprehensive evaluation index system is established, and then, principal component analysis is applied to analyze the correlation of quantitative indicators in the index system and main components are extracted to be evaluation index. After that, AHP is used to initially establish the weight of these index and entropy is introdued to set the weight of experts, then, with the combination of these two methods, simple weighting method is applied to calculate the final weight of all the index. Next, theory of relative membership degree is used to transform the eigenvalue matirx of indicators into index membership matrix, and the optimal memberships of the three aspects of index system are reached. At last, combined with the Feasibility Study Report of Markit to Kashgar in Xinjiang Highway, this paper has conducted an empirical analysis by using the established calculation model, to verify the science of the theories this model based on and the feasibility of the model itself. |
