Some uncertain factors existing in the shiplock structures during the design of shiplock structures in Port &waterway engineering, safety coefficient method is often used to deal with these uncertainties. Safety coefficient method has some flaws in theory, and the results can not be complete and clear when evaluate engineering safety, which can cause the engineering design of higher risk or design waste. And reliability design and calculation method can make up for the shortcomings of safety coefficient method, and draw more reasonable safety evaluation index. Thus the structural design of lock in hydraulic structures, stochastic finite element method applied research has important theoretical and practical significance.Least square method and random - fuzzy method is used in this paper to analyze the geological parameters of the lock of Changsha Navigation and Hydropower Project, On the basis of the analysis of the geological, using ANSYS software to simulate the structrul,for finite element analysis and reliability analysis based on the stochastic finite element analysis .The main contents are as follows:(1) Summarizes the reliability theory, geotechnical engineering parameters random and stochastic finite element theory and other related research status, focuses on the stochastic finite element method of the content and foreign scholars in this field of research progress. Describes the main structure and the interaction between the lock structure and the surrounding medium.(2) The geological conditions of Changsha Navigation and Hydropower Project were introduced, geotechnical approach at home and abroad were summed up; This paper uses random - fuzzy method Analysis of geological parameters of the lock. Random - fuzzy method is rational and scientific in practice, and can handle the geotechnical parameters of the base of the ship lock better.(3) Using structure of finite element analysis method for construction of the simulation calculation, and considering the construction process temperature stress, draw stress reinforcement diagrams can be good for design provides reference.(4) Using finite element software ANSYS,by Combination of the finite element method and the Monte Carlo method, structural reliability based on stochastic finite element method was carried out on the computer,get the parameters of structure reliability. Probability and statistics-based finite element method can analysis structural reliability of the lock easily, reliability analysis improved the accuracy and efficiency significantly.
