Compared with the traditional linear power supplies, high frequency inverter power supply has many advantages such as small size, light weight, high efficiency, stable performance. It is more and more widely used in modern industry. High frequency inverter power supply system mainly consists of main circuit, control circuit and drive circuit. The control and drive circuit is the core part of high frequency inverter power supply. Modularity is one of the development trends about the switching power supply techonoly. By modularizing the control and driving circuit of the inverter supply, it can effectively reduce the workload, improve the power performance.First, this paper investigates the background of inverter power supply and the research status of modular technology at home and abroad. Then it introduces several control methods of control circuit and operating principle of drive circuit as well as several driving means. voltage mode PWM control technology and drive technology with pulse transformer are used as the key technologies of this paper.With the above theory as a foundation, this paper designs four control and driving modules, which include single-end flyback convertor module, half bridge convertor module, full bridge hard-switch module and full bridge phase-shifted module. Every module introduces operating principle of the used DC-DC converter which is used, the frequency setting of system, the design of voltage sampling feedback circuit, the design of current sampling circuit, the design of dead-time, over-flow and over-temperature protection control, etc. So that operating frequency, voltage control and over-flow protection control of every modular can be adjusted in a certain range, For the output driving circuit of half bridge, full bridge and full bridge phase-shifted modules, in order to improve the ability of anti jamming of the system, drive technology with pulse transformer is researched and designed.Finally, this paper finishes the installation and debugging of four control and driving modules, gives the methods of debugging and experimental data. This paper also design 1000W power supply using full bridge phase-shifted module, and simulate the design of supply with Saber, to confirm the feasibility and practicality of modularizing the control circuit and driving circuit.
