High-frequency induction heating power supply is researched in this dissertation. The Principle and problems of high-speed aseptic packaging of milk brick package sealing are presented firstly. Then three main issues for the special applications are raised, they are the coupling between power regulation and the output frequency, the fast response requirements of the high-frequency induction heating power supply, and the relability of high-frequency induction heating power supply.The relationship between high-frequency induction heating power supply adjustment are analyzed in detail. With the analysis and comparison about the characterized of two kinds of inverters, the series resonance mode is selected as main circuit topology. After the analysis about power adjustment methods, DC power chopper is considered to be met the design requirements. The rectifier parameters, chopper circuits, inverter main circuit parameters are also given in this dissertation The process of high-speed aseptic milk brick package packaging is analyzed, one of the characters is high-speed, which means rapid response capability of high-frequency induction heating power supply. Combined with control methods and hardware circuit, the control chip, with the ability of enable or not to implement the control signal to the management of MOSFET, which is selected to generating PWM wave control signal. Due to the constant heat energy for sealing, considered as the MOSFET characteristics and cooling requirements, larger output power and shorter working hours are selected.For the relability of high-frequency induction heating power supply , the principles of two frequency track circuit, timing control and fixed-angle control , are analyzed by MATLAB \ SIMULINK modeling and simulation , then fixed angle control method is selected. Because the obtained voltage-type resonant inverter must work in a small quasi-resonant emotional state, and must avoided capacitive state offset, so lock-in angle must be small enough to ensure the system will not become the capacitive state. The dissertation also gave the simulation waveforms and angle of scope, and also analyzed and designed the power setting and sensor setting.The machine diagram, especially the designed control system, which based on TI's TMS320LF2407 are given, including power regulation, rectification filter circuit, protection circuit, driver and other peripheral circuits. In addition, experimental result is presented in this dissertation.
