The Case Study About Environmental Supervision Of Yingkou Port Bayuquan Ore Terminal Project

This paper investigates management design of business development; approaches and optimization match of control system design in project construction development of our environmental supervision in project, and explores new trends in project environmental supervision.With the status of Yingkou Port as a case to be described, the paper explains 300,000 tons ore terminal project programs of Yingkou Port Bayuquan and the main environmental impacts and environmental protection measures of the project. Based on the literature review and the summary of the current development about environmental supervision in project, the paper attempts to explore the motivation of the project to carry out environmental supervision and the problems in the development. For the construction and environmental needs of Yingkou Port Bayuquan ore terminal project, this paper designs practical supervision programs based on the characters of environmental supervision in project, and designs practical management system to meet the needs of construction with consideration of Yingkou Port Bayuquan ore terminal project existing environment supervision models. The paper provides a project supervision management system to adapt the construction of the port, and introduces the implementation and the work of environmental supervision of Yingkou Port Bayuquan ore terminal project.Based on rational analysis of environmental supervision case of Yingkou Port Bayuquan 300,000 tons ore terminal project, the paper provides inspiration in how to do management innovation more effectively and how to increase flexibility for project constructions in their own development process, and provides experiences or ideas for business owners who want to carry out related business.
