In recent years, China’s atmosphericenvironment problem has caused great concern in the government and the public. The Government stresses the necessity andurgency for air pollution control all the time. Enterprises should bear the brunt of keeping up with the pace of the government. They should strengthenself-construction of environmental protection, and actively respond to national environmental goals.This thesis is mainly to study the post projectevaluation about Bayuquanport’s (one part of Yingkou port)boilers dust removal and desulfurization renovation.Starting with the concept of sustainable development, the thesis chooses a reasonable and scientific research methodof post evaluation which can make a comprehensive, objective, accurate, systematic analysis, review and evaluation of Bayuquan port’s boilersdust removal and desulfurization renovation project. Based on thepost evaluation model and with the use of antithesesmethod, there will be a comprehensive evaluation of the index on pollutant dischargebefore and after the implementation of the project, which can argue success degree of the control of pollutant discharge and sum up experience and lessons by analyzing project goals, effectiveness, impact and sustainability to evaluate the project implementation process.The main part of this thesis is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the subject,the developing status about the technology of boilerdust removal and desulfurization and the method of post project evaluationat home and abroad,as well asthe main contents of the application of post project evaluation.The second part focuses on the introduction of the Bayuquan port’s current situation and environmental conditions, and describes the main basis on the post evaluation and basic profile referred in this thesis.The third part of this thesis is mainly to describe the project’sobjectives and benefits post-evaluation.The last part is mainly to describe the project’sinfluence and sustainabilitypost-evaluation.The thesis can provide experience on the construction of post-evaluation system related to such type of boiler dust removal and desulfurization project.It can also provide the basis on the achievement of dust removal and desulfurization.All of those will give help for constructors and managers in other projects. There is pretty realistic and long-term significance of cities and businesses interdependence and scientific development.
