At present, subway construction in China has been in a rapid development period, and the construction is characterized by great engineering quantity and demand. Meanwhile, complicated environment and the lack of construction experience lead to risk accident happens frequently during the construction process. All this requires to enhance the risk management in subway construction.This paper presents a method to introduce cluster analysis into the progress of subway construction risk management. Through combination of cluster analysis and risk management, it shows the concrete process of the cluster analysis of risk management. In view of flows in matrix risk evaluation, this paper design a method of subway construction risk assessment based on K-means clustering algorithm analysis, and then explain the specific progress of this method by some case. Taking metro line No.2 in Nanjing mentioned in "Risk assessment on subway tunnel engineering during construction process" as an example, the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of the evaluation method based on other academician's study.Risk acceptance criteria involved in this paper gets obtain by next procedure:First, confirm the risk losses acceptance criteria. This criteria considers 4 aspects of the risk losses:individual risk, societal risk, environment risk and economic risk.And then, formulate the subway construction risk assessment criteria, on the basis of ALARP criteria, f-N curve and "code of risk management for underground works of urban rail transit"In addition, towards the defect that the results of subway construction risk assessment given by related experts are usually not accurate enough because of the limitations of the expert's subjective and objective condition, this paper tries to use multiple attribute decision making method on the basis of EOWA algorithm to process the data of subway construction risk losses and change the fuzzy linguistic variable to precise assessment result.Finally, taking the station of Shengli square construction of metro line No.1 in Dalian as an empirical research.
