Brushless DC Motor is a new type motor which developed on base of DC Motor due to the advancement of the power electronics. Motor control technology and microprocessor.It has advantages in high operating efficiency, no excitation loss and easy control. With the development of the research and application of the no position sensor technology in resent years, makes the Brushless DC Motor smaller, lower cost and stronger anti-jamming capability. Which makes the application fields of Brushless DC Motor more extensive. So people pay more attention to it, and the Brushless DC Motor becomes a hot spots of people's research.This article designed a Brushless DC Motor control system which Based on the DSP. It takes the TMS320F2812 which produced by TI as as the main controller. This device integrates a variety of advanced peripherals. Provide a good working platform for the control of motor. The driver circuit use IR2130 produced by IR company. It's a high-performance three-phase bridge driver. Though it uses one drive power only, but can output six-ways drive signals. For the detection of rotor position, the system uses Back-EMF zero crossing detection. I designed hardware circuit for it. Save costs and increase stability of the system. And designed corresponding protection circuit to against overcurrent or overvoltage to the motor.Software components is under DSP integrated development environment CCS, realized by C and assemble mixd language. Given the flow chart of main program and the program code of key modules. For the control of speed, this system used the Fuzzy-PID control algorithm. Using MATLAB toolbox, construct the fuzzy controller.In the end, model and simulation research of control system. In MATLAB/Simulink environment, build simulation models, using packaging technology. Simulation model will be divided into three-phase inverter module, Brushless DC Motor module, control module and the commutation logic module. In which Brushless DC Motor module using C MEX S-function and some logic operation modules. To achieve the package of Brushless DC Motor. The simulation results show, after using Fuzzy-PID control algorithm, system's performance was significantly improved, response time became shorter, overshoot was also smaller, enhance the robustness of the system.
