In industrial control, motor is the mostly used controlled object, bldcm is more and more widely used for it’s advantage. For the common time invariant controlled object, the conventional PID control, generally can achieve good control effect. However, bldcm a nonlinear, strong coupling and time-varying object, so the traditional PID is not suitable in high precision control system. In this paper, based on predecessors’research combining both fuzzy control and PID control, a fuzzy adaptive PID control system is designed, and has set up a platform system simulation, verify its effect.First, this paper introduces the structure of brushless dc motor and its control method, analyzes the motor rotor position detection method. Traditional detection methods through built-in sensors to achieve, but its short life susceptible to interference. Sensorless circuit is simple, mainly through the software algorithm, not only can simplify the structure of motor, and improve the system stability. According to different kinds of existing sensorless detection method, starting from the principle analysis, compare the advantages and disadvantages of each, and finally selects the back emf method to detect the rotor position. The method is simple in principle and easy to implement.Then, aiming at the disadvantages of traditional PID control method, combining fuzzy control and PID control, fuzzy adaptive PID controller is proposed. To enter the system error and error change rate as input, the PID of the correction coefficient as the output, and according to the rules of PID parameters adjustment to design the fuzzy control rules.Finally, in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment, set up a system simulation platform, the simulation results show that the fuzzy adaptive PID control scheme is feasible, and verifies the fuzzy adaptive PID control is compared with the traditional PID control, has better response speed and smaller overshoot, better stability.
