Converter has been successfully applied. Relative to the low-voltage converters, foreign high-voltage converters are widely used. The research of high-voltage variable frequency technology is still a problem. The application of high-voltage motor is the main reason that high-voltage converters should be used, because the level of the inverter output voltage should match the stator-side supply voltage of the motor. For the high-voltage winding induction motor, if short the stator-side and supply the power from the rotor-side, the low-voltage power supply can be used. Follow this principle, the problem of the high-voltage variable frequency winding induction motor drive is transformed into the low-voltage, also known as the rotor-side variable frequency drive (power supply). This paper mainly hopes to use the DTC technology in the low-voltage converter and the low-voltage power supplied from the rotor-side, to achieve the high-voltage variable frequency winding induction motor drive.The main content include the following respects:Deduced the mathematical model of the winding induction motor with the rotor-side variable frequency drive. Built the flux observer model based on the mathematical model, and completed model simulation by Simulink. The paper deduced the equivalent modulation function of SVPWM. By introducing a component on the SVPWM waveform, simplified the expression of two-dimensional Fourier complex coefficients. Built the model of SVPWM and SPWM inverter by the Simulink tools and got the voltage spectrum of the two inverter model. According to the basic principle of EKF, designed the EKF observer to estimate the speed of the motor and the rotor resistance, and built the model of the EKF observer by Simulink. Design the DTC system for the rotor-side variable frequency winding induction motor drive. Built the simulation model by Simulink to verify the system performance.
