Permanent magnet synchronous motor has many characteristics,so it has been widely used in some fields,direct torque control method has some advantages,such as: simple control and fast response speed,but also because it has too many advantages that we attach importance to.In the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor control method,the control of torque is not particularly important,however,the direct torque control method has different emphases,it attaches great importance to the control of torque,but also the torque as its control object.As a result,direct torque control has a good kinematics control advantage.Moreover,the traditional permanent magnet motor in the magnetic chain data estimation method will cause it to produce pulsating problems,this method is the integration method,this method will also lead to the accumulation of errors and other problems.Due to the above and other problems,it is not difficult to see that the traditional direct torque control methods are now very necessary for the study.This paper first introduces the historical background,present situation and development space of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then the principle of direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is introduced,then the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor is simulated,the defects are found out by simulation,and it is found that there are pulsating problems in the magnetic chain and torque.This is followed by an improved approach to the improvement of both issues.Firstly,using space vector pulse width modulation technology to replace the switch table and hysteresis comparator in the traditional direct torque control system,then the improved and traditional types are simulated respectively,and through the observation of the simulation results,it is found that the improved type will improve the flux andtorque pulsation.Then,in the process of flux calculation,a new method is adopted,and the Kalman filter estimation method based on voltage and current signal is used,and the two methods are simulated respectively,and the simulation diagrams of the two cases are compared,and the pulsation of the flux and torque can be found to be smaller from the comparison graph.Finally,the whole system is implemented.
