With the high development of science and technology in promoting energy conservation and environmental protection of the environment, thermoelectric cooling / heating chipset (hereinafter referred to as: TEC chipset) and its air conditioner system (hereinafter referred to as: TEC Semiconductor air conditioner) for its unique technological advantage in the industrial air conditioner has made considerable progress. Compared with the traditional industrial air conditioner, TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner has easier control systems.This paper firstly analyzes the advantages and development status of the TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner. It summarizes basic structure and working principle of the TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner. It in detail analyzes the TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner control system functional requirements. And on this basis, this paper designs the TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner control system hardware circuit. This paper selects excellent performance PIC18F45J10 MCU as the master chip. It could achieve control system every requirement and the TEC chipset bipolar control.The TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner may encounter electromagnetic compatibility, safety regulations and other issues in practical work environment. This paper gives a more detailed analysis for it. According to the software modular design requirements and control system overall consideration, it does the software control process of TEC semiconductor industrial air conditioner and describes the brief development environment.
