| The defects of inertia force when running,low output torque and small speed range are the biggst limitation to use ordinary pulsing variator.Therefore,this paper designed a new type of planetary wheel variator, which has low pulse degrees, wide speed range,high output torque,high mechanical efficiency.The work mainly finished include as followed:⑴Accordence to the requirements of high mechanical efficiency,low pulse degrees.Two pluse continously variator proposals are introduced that all based on the planet wheel.The mathmatic equation and feasibility analysis of this structures are made.Besides,this paper analyzed the complexity of the continously variator in mathmatic respect.To produce an new type of cvt that has high mechanical efficiency,some advantages of CVT exist are adopted.⑵Then,the paper deduced the mathmatic formulation,kinematics,dynamics equtations of this new type CVT.Meanwhile,the pulse degree,the max output angular velocity and speed range are given.At last this paper built the 3D modle of this new CVT accord to the designed parameters.After all parts of CVT were finished,the whole machine was assembled in solidworks,which is a very big 3D software.The dynamic simulation of this CVT in solidworks is made to show the feasibility of this new CVT.⑶Based on the theory research of the new CVT,the plantery wheel and velocity controller are designed.Besides,some parameters of roller cluth has optimized.⑷Finally,using the large-scale simulation software Adams to analyze the new CVT in kinematic and dynamics respect.Then the output angular velocity curve and the max torque curve are displayed.Through the simulation,the result shows the movement principle of this new type of CVT.Meanwhile,it shows the situation of bearing force of all parts of CVT.And through the simulation,the higher mechanical efficiency of this new CVT is proved.The main innovative points: ⑴Through the theory research on pluse CVT,an new type of plantery wheel pluse CVT has proposed.⑵Through the research on the new CVT,the dynamic model has put forward.⑶Through the simulation on the new CVT,it proves that the mechanical efficiency and output velocity of new CVT is higher than old ones exist. |
