Because of the lower resonance frequency of an appending table which designed for the 40T electrodynamic vibrator,Wouldn't meet the vibration tests requirements of some large scale equipment.The finite element modeling of the appending table was created and optimization of the appending table was carried out by the theory of the structure sensitivity analysis.Based on this,the simulation of the vibration test is investigated on a certain 3T electrodynamic vibration generator by the theories of finite element analysis(FEA) which combine theory modal analysis with experimental modal analysis in software Pro/E and ANSYS.Works in this dissertation are shown as following.Firstly, the development of vibration test and the research progress of dynamics simulation technology at home and abroad was reviewed, the common method for dynamic modeling background and something about adjustment of model were described.Then,the structural components and the work principle of the generator system are expatiated.The dynamic model of electrodynamic vibrator and related theories were elaborated by starting from modal parameters and performance characteristic of vibration table,and make a statement focus on modal analysis,such as theory modal analysis,experimental modal analysis,modal coordinates and parametirc recognition。The old finite element modeling of the appending table was gradually created from geometric modeling to simulation of the boundary conditions and optimized the old appending table,the first axial natural frequency was increased from 380Hz to 530Hz。In order to verify the reliability of modal theory,the modal test on the appending table was carried out and the test result was manifested the accuracy and effectiveness in the modeling and analysis。The Armature is equivalent to three-dimensional elastomer and the coil is assumed to be isotropic material。After simulating the real boundary condition of the Armature properly,The finite element model of Armature was updated repeatedly according to the model mass and the material properties,combining calculated mode results with experimental dates。After investigating equivalent connection of bolt , The sub-structure modeling technique was apply to establish the dynamic model of electrodynamic vibrator together with rectangular table substructure and Armature substructure by bolt substructure。in addition,analysised the integral vibration characteristics and compared with experimental data,the results shows that the low order mode of the whole structure appears mainly appending table mode,at the same time,the inherent frequency have a certain degree of decrease。...
