Cable clamp is a device for fixing cables.It plays an important role in power transmission and distribution.When a short circuit fault occurs in a cable line,a huge impulse current will be generated.Under the action of huge impulse current,one of the three-phase cable lines will be in the strong magnetic field generated by the other two-phase cable.Because the current line itself is very strong,will have a huge electric power.Cable clamps used to fix cables need to withstand tremendous mechanical stresses.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the electric power generated by short-circuit cables for improving the production of cable clamps.This paper takes classical electromagnetics,electrodynamics and classical mechanics as the theoretical basis.Analysis of three-phase cable by finite element method.The force direction and magnitude of cable at different time are analyzed,and the changing law of force condition is summarized.The three-dimensional model of three-phase cable is built by ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the electric force of three-phase cable is simulated by software.The distribution of magnetic field and the vector diagram of flux density under different phases are obtained from the simulation results.Obviously,the magnitude of the electric force acting on the three-phase cable under different impulse currents is different.In this paper,several groups of different experimental parameters are simulated.The magnitude of the electric force acting on different length cable segments under different impulse currents is analyzed,the mechanical stress of the cable clamp can be obtained.The smaller and denser the distance between cable clamps,the less mechanical stress each cable clamp will bear.Based on the actual production problems,this paper summarizes the results of the simulation software through simulation and analysis.It has important practical significance in improving the performance of cable clip and optimizing the arrangement of cable clip.
