| The working principle of automobile wheel crack detection platform has been analyzed. The structure, control system and pneumatic system of the detection platform have been designed. The platform effectively combines machine, electricity and pneumatic technology. Now, it has achived good results in the wheel crack detection and will be helpful to the development of other similar platform.By using the technology of PLC, pneumatic and detection, the platform improves the automation degree of the workpiece detection.
