The machine structure topology optimization design is guarantee of the normal function, and delete the invalid unit from the structure gradually to make the remaining structure evolution to a best structure and to keep the each part of the stress or strain lever close to the same security configuration. It pursues the best efficiency, the lightest weight, the smallest volume, or the longest useful life period and so on. The traditional design of structure optimizes set one or several parameter as the main determination. This method only achieves the requested degree. With the development of computer and the analysis efficiency, we introduce feedback mechanism into design to direct design and raise the rated capacity by analyses information.First, carries on the evolutionary structural topology optimization method to make thet opology optimizationg design for the various types of beams,gets the best structure and uses the variational method to obtain the optimization design curve of the uniform beam.compare the best model with the theory curve to prove the valid of it.Next, carries on the bi-directional evolutionary structural topology optimization to design the example of beams, and compares this model with the model desighed by the evolutionary optimization and to prove its feasibility and better than that.Makes the evolutionary structure of topology optimization under the multiple loading conditions and compares the design model with the practical application of model.Finally, using the above method to analysis the practical examples of engineering,such as wheel, first of all to establish the wheel in the UG and use of evolutionary structural topology optimization procedure to optimized design in the ANSYS, get the best optimization wheel spokes in the radial and bending loads. And get the spoke model at the 4,5 or 6 different locations at different times under the load of the model of radial force and compared with each other.
