Reliability Analysis And Application Efficiency Evaluation Of Automatic Fire Alarm System

Because of quality deficiencies and irregularities in the design, installation and use of the automatic fire alarm system, the issue of false alarm and omitted alarm produced by the automatic fire alarm system is an important technical problem which has been puzzling its development and application. Enhancing the reliability of the automatic fire alarm system has been the inevitable trend of the automatic fire alarm technology development.In this paper, six kinds of typical domestic and foreign automatic fire alarm system products were selected, the performance of which were analyzed. Analysis results showed that the main function of the brand-name products are basically same, the key of products selection is reliability of the brand-name products.Based on the analysis of the automatic fire alarm system and its components, fault tree analysis technique was used for automatic fire alarm system failure (false alarm, omitted alarm) for the analysis, automatic fire alarm system's failure reasons were summarized, and control measures of automatic fire alarm system failure were proposed in the article. On this basis, by the application of system safety and reliability theory, the automatic fire alarm system reliability calculation model was come to.Effectiveness of detection technology is a key factor in the reliability impact factors of automatic fire alarm system. In this article, effectiveness of fire detection alarm system was deep analysed from the applicability of the detection system, detection capacity of detectors and alarm efficiency in buildings. And influencing factors of detection effectiveness were given.At present, application efficiency evaluation criteria on automatic fire alarm system has not yet been established in China. therefore, early warning, prevention role of the automatic fire alarm system fire can not be given full play to.In this paper, on the basis of statistical analysis and expert evaluation, application efficiency evaluation indicator system of automatic fire alarm system were established. By using AHP to determine the weight of each indicator, and quantitative methods of Sub-indicators were given. Ultimately application efficiency integrated evaluation model of automatic fire alarm system was given. Taking being used automatic fire alarm systems engineering of a hotel as an example, application efficiency integrated evaluation model of automatic fire alarm system was applied. Evaluation results can provide a basis for the fire department inspection and evaluation of automatic fire alarm system, for users management and maintenance of automatic fire alarm system.
