Along with the time development, social progress and rapid economic development, human desire of resources is increasingly urgent. So it becomes construction point for development and utilization for resources on the permafrost region, people's activity in the permafrost region will increasingly frequent, which will bring lots of engineering construction in cold regions, and infrastructure construction(such as roads, railways, etc.) has become a top priority, therefore, how to improve the sTab.ility of Subgrade in cold regions, to avoid or reduce the occurrence of freeze injury, it becomes a hot research content permafrost in recent years, which also are urgently needed by China's western development strategy and revitalizing old northeast industrial bases. In this paper we use clay as the research object in Hohhot, using the experimental design of four factors and five levels of rotation orthogonal, choosing the water content, confining pressure, freezing temperature, freezing and thawing times as the test factors. After freeze-thaw cycle, with cohesion and axial strain for index, earring out the non consolidation and non drainage test in the triaxial compression tests, and preceding multiple regression analysis for experimental results through the Design Expert software. The results showed that moisture content, confining pressure, the freezing temperature, freeze-thaw cycles on soil cohesion and shaft have the influenceof difference level to the strain effect, while access to cohesion (y1) and axial strain (y2) on the moisture content (x1), confining pressure (X2), freezing temperature (X3) and the freezing and thawing times (X4) in the regression model (P<0.0001), the related model coefficient R2>0.9, correction factor adjR2>0.8, Indicate that the model and actual condition is good, experience fitted issuing model can reflect the real situation.
