Research On The Space Relations In Tai Zhou Based On Urban Flows

Regional cities is an important carrier in national and regional development, the international metropols positivly participate in International Division of Labor to enhance the comprehensive competitivenes of the nation in the state level; from the provinciallevel, the regional city promote the urbanization process and the overall planning of urban and rural development, Taizhou is belong to Yangtze River Delta region, as the mainfunctional areas of national planning put the Yangtze River Delta region as optimum development zone, the status of the Yangtze River Delta region has become increasingly prominent, the relations among the Yangtze River Delta cities become increasingly close, the study of relations among the cities in Tai Zhou Area and the relations between Tai Zhou Area and other cities is important to optimize the spatial structure of urban areas, make clear the development direction of the city and enhance the overall competitiveness in Yangtze River DeltaBased on the domestic and foreign study the renlations between the citiy flow elements,the carrier of city flow elements and the city system pattern, sort out the study methods of relations among the cities in Tai Zhou Area and the relations between Tai Zhou Area and other cities:the sampling survey is the appropriate method of study the city system pattern,as it could reflect dynamic link of the urban flow elements;The statistical yearbook data is difficult to reflect the dynamic link of the urban flow elements;but it could reflect distribution pattern of the urban flow elements,through years of data could reflect the urban system pattern change, the paper use the people travel frequency data, the people travel purposes data and the logistics frequency link data of groups to relect the relation pattern of the city system by the urban flow elements strength and direction, the paper use the Statistical Yearbook data to reflect the urban system pattern change by distribution pattern of the urban flow elements.The study found that the Taizhou Area show significant centripetal contact characteristics,the city area show different link pattern between the south area and the north region:the south region form close relations among the cities of the region while the north region show weak connection characteristics,the connection beween the Tai Zhou Area and other cities show the north connection is stronger than the south connection, the Yangtze River Delta region show close space relations, the city area show the citycircle structure:the city is on the stage of the centripetal space agglomeration, the connect pattern show network connection trend. The space connect pattern has close relation with theregional population and economic potential energy, the regional market distribution,the region traffic distribution, the industrial distribution and spatial distribution of public services facilitiesLastly the paper put forward the suggestion of hierarchical Structure and the functional structure in Tai Zhou Area,point out that cultivate Tai Zhou urban district as the cental city, cultivate Wenling, Linhai as the vice central city,form the coastal cities axis and east-west axis in Tai zhou Area,to promote the formation of spatial network contact pattern, enhance regional competitiveness by strengthening cooperation between the Tai zhou Area and Yangtze River Delta cities...
