As a fast and high-capacity public transportation vehicle,urban rail transit has significant effects in reducing the pressure on urban roads,optimizing the spatial structure of the city,improving the overall functional efficiency of the city,and guiding the adjustment of land layout along the rail transit.At the same time,in the context of the new era of land and space planning emphasizing the efficient use of resources,it is also of great significance for cities to achieve sustainable development and optimize the use of existing land.The adjacent area of the station,as the driving node of its influence radiation,will play an increasingly important role in the urban construction and development under the new concept in the future.The healthy coordination and interaction with the urban development will not only affect the urban transportation efficiency,but also directly affect the urban transportation efficiency.The effect of the city's overall function requires a systematic evaluation of the spatial coordination of the adjacent areas of the site.The study takes the adjacent area of Lanzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 1 station as the research object,and uses the evaluation of its spatial coordination level as the starting point.The specific evaluation method is whether the organization of the adjacent area space is coordinated through the factors of each subsystem of the city.To judge its rationality.The related research results can provide reference value for the study of the spatial system of the adjacent area of the site and the optimization of the spatial elements of the adjacent area.The thesis is mainly discussed in detail from three parts:First,on the basis of carrying out sufficient data collection and investigation on Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 1 as the research object,the relevant theory is used as a guide to classify its station types.The adjacent areas of the station are divided into four types: city center type,sub center type,hub type and general type.Based on this classification,the spatial system composition of the adjoining area of urban rail transit stations is detailed and decomposed from the perspective of system theory,and relevant research literatures are referenced and deepened to establish a quantitative evaluation of the spatial coordination of the adjoining area of Lanzhou rail transit station 1 model.Then,through the collection and vectorization of related data,the four systems and 13 index elements of the coordinated evaluation model are comprehensively weighted by the analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are dimensionlessly processed to bring the model coordinated evaluation.Calculation.Finally,the spatial coordination evaluation results of four types of adjacent areas with a total of 20 stations were obtained.Finally,based on the results of the coordinated evaluation,the levels of spatial coordination of the adjacent areas of each site are compared and compared.Based on the evaluation results,the corresponding short boards of each system are analyzed in depth,and the coordinated development of the adjacent areas of the four types of sites is optimized.Strategic recommendations to promote high-quality development of the entire urban space.
