| Automatic train operation (ATO) has become an important goal of rail transit. The recent subway lines all adopted the ATO system. Therefore, how to evaluate ATO system comprehensive performance is critical. The train operation is to find an optimization strategy, it can save energy and make operation time meet railway operations requirements while ensure trains safe, accurate and the process of running comfortable.This paper first analysis the relevant factors in the process of automatic train operation, based on fuzzy membership functions, we develop the evaluation method of various elements. Then, we integrate the elements into a unified performance evaluation method. At last, we use MATLAB for software development. The Beijing subway Yizhuang line ATO system's overall performance was evaluated.For the multi-objective optimization of train operation, this paper establishes the optimal control model and adopts the SGA algorithm and Pareto multi-objective optimization algorithm to solve the model. Then, we use Beijing subway Yizhuang line's actual data for simulation. The results show that the two algorithms can achieve very good result. Compared with the two algorithms, Pareto multi-objective optimization algorithm for more iteration, the program needs to run longer, but the result is more optimized. |
