AC permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)becomes the preferred component in all kinds of small and medium-power, high-precision occasions, with its small volume, small size, high torque, etc. How to control AC motor by frequency control has been a perplexing problem, so the study of using PMSM as the servo-controlled driver is the most urgent problem to be solved. Continuous improvement of PMSM manufacturing technology, continuous improvement of power electronics and motor control chip, ensure the realization of PMSM vector control algorithm. The paper uses TMS320F2812 DSP specifically for motor control processing chip designed by TI as core controller and completes the PI dual-loop of current and speed servo control system using PMSM as the implementation of the components by SVPWM control algorithm.Firstly, the paper introduces the basic principles of vector control starting from the coordinate transformation, establishes a mathematical model of PMSM, describes four kinds of PMSM control strategy, selects id=0 control strategy as control strategy of the system, and draws system block diagram with the current ring and speed ring double-loop controlling.Secondly, the paper researches detection methods to permanent magnet synchronous motor initial position, chooses to use incremental photoelectric encoder for detecting the initial position, velocity, and position detection. The paper studies the specific method to realize with SVPWM and TMS320F2812 DSP and Selects to use the seven-segmen mode to achieve SVPWM modulation. On this basis, the paper designs the hardware, such as the rectifier, inverter, optical isolators, speed and position detection, the current detection circuit. In terms of software, the paper uses a modular idea to study the Timer T1 underflow interrupt service program and the capture interrupt service program.Finally, the paper establishes the simulation mode of the control system, and does two cases simulation experiment with no-load and load with Matlab/Simulink, obtains simulation waveforms of the speed, electromagnetic torque and current in both cases, and compares to analysis the results, verifies the correctness of the control system.
