| With the development of the economy,traditional cars have been vigorously developed,and the problem that comes with them is environmental pollution and over-exploitation of petroleum resources,so new energy sources are being replaced to replace traditional energy sources.The use of electric energy instead of fossil energy solves the problem of over-exploitation of resources while solving environmental pollution.At present,China has developed electric vehicles as one of the key development areas.The most important thing in developing electric vehicles is to study the control system and control system performance.It is directly related to the practicality and stability of electric vehicles.Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has a simple mechanical structure and high energy density to meet the requirements of automotive driving.At the same time,PMSM performance is more stable than other motors,so it is necessary for PMSM research.In order to facilitate the analysis of the performance of PMSM,this thesis firstly theoretically deduces the mathematical model of PMSM,simplifies the mathematical model by the principle of coordinate transformation,introduces the vector control theory and the principle of SVPWM and gives a simple derivation.In this paper,the maximum torque/current ratio strategy is adopted,and the power factor is compared with the i_d=0 control method to prove the superiority of the maximum torque/current ratio control strategy.Voltage feed-forward compensation is used in the current loop design to improve the shortcomings of traditional PI control.It is proved that the voltage feed-forward compensation can adjust the d-q axis current accordingly.Finally,the simulation model of PMSM drive control system is built by Simulink in Matlab,and the simulation experiments of acceleration and load mutation are carried out.Based on the above theoretical research,the intelligent power module based on TMS320F2812 and PS21563-P models is used to design the hardware circuit of PMSM vector control system.The software design of vector control system is completed by C language,and the software design flow figure is given.The experimental debugging work is completed on the experimental platform.Finally,the experimental results show the feasibility of the control system scheme,with excellent stability and control performance. |
