| Conductive concrete has both the advantages of concrete material and conductivity. It can be used not only for the structure materials, but also be used in the electromagnetic shielding, industrial anti-static, environmental heating, power equipment grounding engineering, civil infrastructure of internal stress and health diagnosis. This paper uses steel fiber, steel scurf, graphite, carbon black and carbon fiber as conductive materials. Firstly, we research the influence of conductivity and mechanics properties by one conductive material and complex conductive concrete, then research the carbon fiber dispersion and the evaluation method of dispersion. And on the basis of early research, we deeply analyze physical, mechanical, electric conductivity and the major factors of concrete which uses carbon fiber as conductive materials. Under the requirements of conductivity, we improve liquidity and strength of concrete by optimization design.The results of the study show that, using carbon fiber as conductive material, the electric conductivity and mechanical performance of concrete is much better than other conductive concrete. The preparation can meet the requirement of high flow conductive concrete in the engineering of grounding resistance reduction by taking reasonable technology and adding appropriate dispersant to effectively improve the dispersion of carbon fiber in concrete. |
