Reinforced concrete structure has been widely used in civil construction, industrial buildings, bridges and road works and other engineering structures. Meanwhile, the reinforced concrete structure subject to the natural environment under the influence of structural performance will gradually decrease, affecting the use of the structure function and safety. Through the data indicate that, due to lack of durability of the structure caused enormous economic losses.In this paper, the gray theory of reinforced concrete durability, and an instance of the data through the project to establish a GM (1,1) model and GM (1, N) model. First of all, the carbonation of concrete and steel corrosion impact analysis of the factors in determining the factors based on the sequence of establishment of impact factors. Theoretical calculations using gray correlation factor correlation with the size of the study, combined with literature data on the durability of reinforced concrete structures qualitative assessment of gray.Secondly, described GM (1,1) model analysis and calculation process, project data through the establishment of the corresponding GM (1,1) model, the concentration of chloride ions in concrete changes with depth values are calculated and predicted. Based on the original data, analysis of the results can provide the judgments for reinforced concrete structures in chloride ion concentration of gray quantitative prediction.Finally, the analysis of the factors affecting concrete carbonation depth and considering the coupling of a variety of factors are to establish the GM (1, N) model. Durability of reinforced concrete structures the whole system is analyzed and found that the impact of various factors and study the intrinsic link for understanding the depth of carbonation of concrete development of the law provides a research method.Through the application of gray concrete durability theory can be found in the study of the durability of gray theory has a certain advantage. Grey theory is good at dealing with uncertainty questions of small samples and poor information. Through the generation of some known information, development, extraction of valuable information, to act on the system operation, the correct description of the evolution of law and effective monitoring.
