Due to the importance of satellites in modern warfare, a new space-based anti-satellite weapon called dispenser was put forward. The interfering cloud ejected by the dispenser was used to interfere with and spoil and the target satellite. Exploratory research was done on the overall design of dispenser, and the dispenser's trajectory and dispensing technology were mainly studied in this paper.Firstly, the spacecraft's orbital theory was introduced briefly to present the description and calculation method of the spacecraft. Secondly, the dispenser's overall design for dispensing technology was researched, including the dispenser's orbit transfering thchnology, power system, and overall structure. Thirdly, because the interfering characteristics that the dispenser was needed to in the orbit plane of the target satellite, the mathematical model and simulation verification of the dispenser's long-distance flight trajectory were given separately based whether the platform satellite used to launch the dispenser and the target satellite were in the same orbit plane with the dispenser's consuming fuel took as optimization target. Because the software STK can imitate the actual environment of space, STK was used to calculate the error and correct the simple intercept trajectory with one single impulse. Fourthly, according to the special attacking method of the dispenser, the rendezvous & guidance style called Lambert was chose for the close rendezvous between the dispenser and the target satellite. Lastly, the interfering cloud's firming technology was studied. The dispenser's reasonable ejecting time and angle were decided according to the interfering cloud's approximate expanding model and the relative movement model between the interfering cloud and the target satellite based on the C-W equation.
