The main content discussed in this paper was how the reactive fragment impacting and igniting the diesel oil box, a penetration mathematical model was set up to calculate rest speed after fragment penetrated through oil box,and analyzed the laws of fragments movement when it entering liquid fuel or entering ullage. Researched initiation condition of energetic material,the mount of heat it released and the transfer mode of heat in the oil box. Another mathematical model was set up to calculate the oil and gas concentration, The factors that influence oil and gas concentration involve:the speed of fragment,the thickness of oil box,the width of oil box,the volume of oil,the mass of energetic material, analyzed how oil and gas concentration changed when these factors changed, find the main factors and the secondary factors. Basis on combustion theory and heat theory the combustion criterion of diesel oil was elicited, according to the criterion to predict the oil box ignited or not. Set up a model to calculate how much the mount of air was need to let the oil box persistent combustion, and analyzed the condition of oil box persistent combustion. According to the theory design the fragment and do a experiment to validate it, the research indicated that the reactive fragment can not igniting diesel oil box when the fragment entering liquid fuel, when the fragment entering ullage can igniting diesel oil box if the speed of fragment high enough, and the reactive fragment was better to ignite diesel oil box.
