For fragmentation weapons,studying the flying speed of fragments is an effective means of damage assessment.At present,the existing conventional weapon fragmentation velocity measurement methods are mainly divided into contact and non-contact measurement methods.Contact measurement mainly includes mesh target,comb target,aluminum foil target,electric probe,etc.Non-contact measurement method mainly includes sky curtain target,light curtain target,coil target and high-speed photography.Aiming at the problems of the instantaneous velocity of fragments at the measuring point,the distribution of target plate area and the flight trajectory of fragments,a fragment velocity measurement and positioning system is developed,which combines sub-regional comb targets,latitude and longitude targets and multi-channel data collectors.Based on the principle of fragmentation speed measurement with sub-region and high precision,the test performance of the target plate is analyzed from the aspects of response speed,error impact and response time.A multi-channel isolated signal acquisition circuit based on FPGA as the main controller is designed to achieve electrical isolation.The multi-channel signal is processed by a real-time high-precision and fast comparison algorithm through FPGA,which improves the efficiency of fragment collection and enhances the accuracy of fragment collection.Through FPAG to distinguish the measured multi-channel signals and compare the state before and after,the specific target location and fragment size of the specific fragment are obtained,and the incident angle of the fragment and the fragment are deduced by combining the target landing time of the two target plates before and after.speed.Therefore,by combining the two,the velocity measurement and positioning of the fragments can be accurately determined.For the signal data collected by the FPGA,the specific coordinate point of the target position is measured and calculated by the host computer,and the accuracy of the fragment location is realized.There are different positioning methods for the two target plates,but the speed measurement principle is the same,and both use the front and rear double target surface speed measurement principle.For the two-target plate test,the fragmentation point set matching algorithm is also used to match the coordinates of the two target plates to verify whether the fragmentation test system studied in this paper can accurately measure the speed.Finally,the experimental test of the system proves the usability and accuracy of the test system. |
