Nowadays, target system mostly for evaluate weapon system, radar target system function singleness.This paper introduce multi-function radar target system, not only can be used in weapon system test but also can produce complicated electromagnetic surroundings, simulation some frequency and modulate signal for ew range.If multi-function radar target system dispose in reason,can be make incessancy and protean signal in time, be provided with dynamic, can be make compression and overlap signal in frequency, can be make vertically and horizontally staggered signal in space,can be make density uneven signal in energy, be provided with antagonism. Multi-function radar target system join deception jamming equipment or noise jamming equipment or decoy equipment through special interface, can be test special opposability weapon system.This paper discusses design and function tractility of multi-function radar target system. The elements of multi-function radar target system are as follows:realistic basic band signal simulation system which is used to produce radar simulation signal, such as linearity frequency modulate signal, non-linearity frequency modulate signal, phasic coding signal, period wobble signal, variety carrier frequency signal, aggregate frequency signal, which is used to produce compose signal of mutiplex radar in asynchronous time;Frequency conversion and synthesize system which is used to overlay frequency from 1GHz to 18GHz throught transfer basic band signal; Display and control system which is used to network or display and control;Antenna which is used to achieve high sidelobe gain;Software system control radar's parameter and working estate, system's going to work will be checked and recorded;Other equipment have servo and Transmission.The weapon system under the condition of insufficiency information of the index weights can also be evaluated synthetically.
