The torsional vibration of rotation is a universal form of the mechanical movement and it is a great influence on the transmission precision of the shaft. For a variety of machine tools, vibration is commonly found in various mechanical motion, and the ball screw is driving parts of numerical control machine and directly involving in processing machine, its dynamic characteristics has very big effect on machining's stability and cutting level. So, under the load of torsional vibration, it is very necessary to analysis and study that the action of dynamic response characteristics about the shaft system. At the same time, the results of the study of the machine tool have the important meaning to improve the machining accuracy.This article, in view of the load conditions of the shaft twist load conditions, establish axis of torsional vibration of the incentive and test of the simulated test, design acquisition, separation and data analysis, calculation methods of the torsional vibration signal of the axis. And analyzes the angular displacement of the change and compensation of the relationship in the shaft twist load. It comes down, make the following several aspects:1. To load conditions of the axis twist, The torsional vibration of the incentive and testing simulated test are designed. The typical twist load of simulation system and the response of the happened detection system of the axis are designed. Through the eddy current sensor, flywheel, tooth shape wheel combination and the impact load on the flywheel, the signal of torsional vibration is signaled up through the modulation effect in the tooth shape wheel and demodulated in using pulse timing method. The getting signal in gear the eddy current sensor is the sort of sine signals. Experiments show that test passed correctly the information of torsional vibration of the axis.2. A data acquisition and processing system are established. More channels synchronous data are sampling in computer data acquisition card installed. According to the data of the zero sequence pulse position, judge the starting and the ending point, establishing the pulse timing sequence, and then gave the data to analysis and process in the standard of d processing software of data.3. Impact the flywheel through using the different materials with equal momentum, Observing the horizontal vibration and twisting up the transmission with state in the tooth shape wheel and bearing ends.4. Establishing the ball screw to be simplified model, and analysing the static analysis of torsional vibration using the ANSYS.
