| The uplift of the contact wire is a key indicator for the operation condition of the catenary and electric locomotive in the electrified railway. So this thesis has designed an Uplift Monitoring System of the Contact Wire in Electrified Railway.First of all, the thesis explained the significance of this monitoring system by analyzing the importance of the catenary and pantograph safty in the high-speed railway. Considering the factors such as security, economy, reliability and refering to the research history, the thesis proposed a new method to design the monitoring system.Secondly, according to the monitoring program, the thesis compared the possible sensors, and the draw-wire sensor was chosed at last. To solve the signal transmission problem between the high and low voltage sides, the optical-fiber based isolation module was designed and used, which took the advantages such as good insulation property and anti-interference ability of the optical fiber. The data collecting and sending of the system were all completed by the high performance chip TMS320F2812, and its inner ADC module was also used to achieve the AD conversion which combined the software correction and filtering technology. The collected data was sent by the SCI module of the TMS320F2812.The ZigBee wireless technology was used in the system to complete the communication between DSP and the monitoring software on PC. The communication included sending contol commands to the DSP and collecting data to the PC.The PC software of the system was designed on the basis of Lab VIEW which had convenient graphical programming mode and powerful VISA software architecture. In order to achieve better application effect, the PC software was designed include the function of waveform display and data playback. Finally, the thesis debugged the entire system and gave the real connection pictures. After several experiments, the results demonstrated the good performance of the system. According to the waveform results and problems met during the experiments, the thesis made a summary and gave some suggestions for the improvement of the monitoring system. |
