Long Span Shorter Tower Cable-stayed Main Bridge Engineering Quality Control

Project's success or failure relies on project quality. Therefore, referring to roads project supervision, the most basic and critical part is quality supervision. All construction enterprises that run in market-oriented economy has set goal of chasing maximal profits. Project management in many enterprises therefore have lowered quality standard for purpose of higher performance indicator.This paper displays more than three problems concerning project supervision. The first problem results from low quality of overall supervisor group and insufficient quantity of talents. Moreover, supervision process is performed in an unsatisfied way. Further, the scope of work for project supervision is unduly limited. This present paper studies construction of overlong underwater drilled pile, scheme for construction of host bridge's girder and supervisors' control and management, in connection with analysis of supervision control(process control and advanced control) implemented in controlling overlong underwater drilled pile and upper shaping line for girder of Shandong Huiqing Yellow River Bridge. This paper argues that installation time can be effectively shortened by connecting machine extruded casing joint to main bars of steel bar cage in overlong underwater drilled (concrete) piles. This method guarantees overlong underwater drilled pile can be made at one time successfully. As temperature effect on closure segment construction should be fully considered, casting concrete piles shall be conducted in the coldest moment in a day with lowest temperature differences to minimize temperature effect. The control theory that dynamically feedback information by rolling gray system can be applied in supervision control of girder construction for low tower cable-stayed bridge.
