Research On Integration Of Architectures With Landscape In Mountainous Areas

The integration of architectures with landscape in mountainous areas is a trend of architectural design that is of both profound historical background and great potential for extensive application. It evolves along with the strong affection of mankind for nature throughout human history, and now presents us with its promising prospect in this era when natural environment draws increasing public concern.By integrating with other entities that form the mountain landscape, the architectures in mountainous areas may come into landscape-harmonious styles. In this process, architectures and mountain landscape together constitute a basement that integrates both natural and artificial elements, which ensures the continuity of landscape.This thesis will give a brief introduction to the background and development of the architectures integrated with landscape in mountainous areas, then take the formation of landscape as the starting point and the design of architectural forms as research objectives, to analyze landscape forms from the aspects of spatial characteristics and landscape structure, and discuss the design strategies of architectural forms, including the conformation and consolidation of invisible structure orders, the relevance of entity elements in morphology, and the integration of architectural space and landscape.This thesis hope that through the preliminary discussion in this paper, more perspectives and inspirations can be found in design of architectures in mountainous areas.
