Granite residual soil is the southern region of the Pearl River Delta region and a common soil, collapse with water softening by increasing the deformation characteristics, direct impact on the foundation construction and building envelope, the security of the main structure. In order to take into account the foundation and guarantee security during the construction of the main structure of the base soil is not affected and are required before the excavation of granite residual soil pretreatment. At this stage, dealing with many methods, such as the use of different forms of jet grouting pile (single tube, double pipe, three rotating pile), splitting grouting sleeve valve tube wells precipitation and precipitation. In China, the current study, mostly jet pile as the main measures to deal with, no more in-depth study of different forms of rotating pile of granite in the same reinforcing effect of residual soil, not from the construction technology and equipment to consider, how be better reinforcement effect. And because different regions of the granite residual soil will be different, and the physical nature of the project itself but also depends on the use of different reinforcement. Therefore, in order to promote the granite residual soil preferred reinforcement method, by the actual project to study the background, through the establishment of experimental models, on-site inspection, construction technology and construction equipment and improvement of methods of granite residual soil reinforcement effect, select better reinforcement methods and simultaneous optimization.In future,there is applications for the similar projects. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) Pre-test to establish the base model, use a single tube, double pipe, three piles and jet grouting sleeve valve tube split on the granite residual soil reinforcement, with different core drilling method to evaluate the effect of strengthening methods. And the economic benefits from the obvious reinforcement effect can be seen, three rotating pile can better achieve their goals.(2) Analysis of test results, to find out enough. Found that ordinary three rotating pile of pile construction failed to meet the design requirements, construction equipment and try to make improvements on the construction process.(3) using the improved reinforcement construction equipment construction. In the original testing ground for the test pile, and after excavation, pile on the jet were detected. Results showed improved reinforcement construction equipment is better, and improve the construction speed.
