With the rapid development of frequency control technologies, from low voltage to high voltage, from DC to AC, from small to large capacity, wide range of applications in all walks of life.The converter in the inverter generated in the process of high harmonic suppression method, and the high harmonic of the other equipment, how to deal with these effects, is the design, production and use of inverter technology products must be considered, and our factory is currently experiencing problems:the beginning of the commissioning period, a large number of high harmonic generation,in particular, large-capacity converter started, resulting in some low-voltage equipment cannot operate normally,measuring instrument signal instability and so on, also damaged some of the low-voltage equipment.In the low voltage side of the detected voltage total harmonic distortion rate of about 12%. The reasons are many, including two main reasons:debugging the initial stage, converter para-meters are not optimized so that the most critical means of harmonic suppression is not functioning, that is, two-phase converter technology in the phase set properly.converter, inverter manufacturers,when considering the filter, is calculated to run at full capacity, but if there is a production line to stop, or did not reach full capacity, which superposition of higher harmonics when badly how to reduce the dynamic loads that high harmonic generation, is the focus of this study. In addition, there are system design issues, such as cables go, shield grounding, as well as converter,inverter parameter optimization problem in itself. We focused on the causes of different problems, different solutions, such as control cables and other grounding and inverter power cables separate from the ground, not to introduce the same grounding grid; increase in high-pressure side of the capacitive reactance compensation;before the increase in low-voltage equipment, anti-jamming device and so on.Therefore, this paper will focus on: the design and have been selected for a good device, if there is high-order harmonic interference, or dynamic loads generated by high-order harmonics, how to harmonic control, we calculate, simulation, and then after repeated the actual verification, and ultimately achieved satisfactory results.
