This paper researched coal gasification power generation and methanol co-production systems. In order to Yankuang Cathay Chemical Co., Ltd.240,000 t/a methanol and 80MW power generation system as an engineering sample, to carry out the research of optimize and transform of gas turbine unit in based methanol-power co-production system;To explore the various conditions and the operating flexibility of co-production system. And through optimizing and transforming the sub-unit gas turbine technology, to further improve the operation stability of co-production systems. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Respectively the methanol yield condition, power yield condition, parallel operation, series parallel operation, and tandem working in the Coal gasification power generation and methanol co-production system have been analysised, for example the Yankuang Cathay practical operation of co-production system, discussing the conversion and regulation among the five conditions, analyzed the various conditions and the operating flexibility of the co-production system.The fuel system, nitrogen system, gas system of Sub-unit of the gas turbine were modified and optimized to study. The ignition failure, large fluctuations in fuel pressure and oil-gas switching difficulties were solved during the match of the the low calorific value gas turbine and the methanol production system, and achieved the open parking and stable operation of the sub-unit gas turbine co-generation system automatically.For burning chemical gas of hydrogen-rich, the low calorific value synthesis gas for the gas turbine combustion chamber has been transformed. Through analysising and researching the change of the main parameters which are the nozzle pressure ratio, the Exhaust dispersion and the flue gas composition in the hydrogen rich gas turbine combustor industrialization in the process of debugging operation and the actual operation in the burner and flame tube,assessing the effect of hydrogen rich gas turbine combustion chamber which has been reformed and optimized.
