Powertrain hydraulic mount as at present the best performance passive vibration isolators, are widely used in high-grade car engine mount system. From the moment of inertia of the original directly or throttle orifice type hydraulic mount, through inertia channel-decoupling membrane type hydraulic mount, and to the present third generation hydraulic mount:inertial channel-decoupling dish-throttling disc hydraulic mount, each generation of hydraulic mount are in the previous generation hydraulic mount basis, by increasing or improve its internal hydraulic institutions to overcome a generation before the deficiency of the hydraulic mount.Hydraulic mount between the engine and the frame is the fittings, to reduce the engine to the frame vibration and noise plays a key role, along with the modern car lightweight design and passengers ride comfort requirements for improved, the study of hydraulic mount also became a new problem. It is generally for hydraulic mount research mainly focus on the following aspects: (1) accurate physical meaning from paper hydraulic mount internal mechanism of different hydraulic institutions. (2) establishment of effective mount lumped parameter model and accurately identify the parameters for the model. (3) to establish an effective finite element model of the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic mount. This paper to a certain type of hydraulic mount as the research object, and carried out the established hydraulic mount of lumped parameter model and parameter identification model work, try to establish mount finite element model, the static characteristic and dynamic characteristics on the finite element simulation analysis research. Main contents are as follows:1. On the structure characteristics of hydraulic mount and the working principle of the hydraulic institutions, based on the analysis of the dynamic stiffness in hydraulic mount and lagging Angle to evaluate the goal, set up the large amplitude and frequency on the high frequency small amplitude linear lumped parameter model. Based on the related theory of fluid mechanics, establish lumped parameter and hydraulic institutions structure is related to the hydraulic mount nonlinear lumped parameter model, and reveals hydraulic mount mechanism of vibration reduction.2. Through the test method of a certain type of hydraulic mount and mount rubber Lord spring of dynamic stiffness and the frequency of the lagging Angle of change and change characteristics, and will both static and dynamic stiffness, lagging Angle, comparing the difference between are analyzed. Based on the test results found hydraulic mount in different amplitude excitation energy storage dynamic stiffness of the fixed point curve clusters, and the test curve based on the parameter identification method to mount model parameters identification. Using finite element method fluid-structure coupling of hydraulic mount carry out the model parameter identification, and based on the test curve with parameter identification methods validation identification results than effective.3. Use the mount lumped parametric model of the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic mount simulation, including mount vertical dynamic stiffness and lagging Angle, and at the same time, to the simulation results and experimental results verify the validity of the model is compared. In addition, the simulation analysis on the various parameters changes for hydraulic mount the influence law of the dynamic characteristics.
